1. How long have they been in business?
2. Tell me about your process of assuring
that no liens are ever filed against my home
by any subcontractors or vendors.
3. How many other jobs will they be working
on simultaneously with yours, and how
available will their various subcontractors
be?
4. When are they available to start your
project, and how long do they estimate it
will take?
5. Have you ever had disciplinary action
filed against you by any state or local
agency or a home owner? Why and how was it
resolved?
6. Have you had lawsuits filed against you
regarding this business?
7. What negative things would your worst
customer say about you? Tell me about a
customer who was unsatisfied and how the
situation was resolved.
